Do you find yourself feeling out-of-sync or exhausted after seemingly normal social or sensory experiences? Rooted Counseling is now offering neuro-affirming autism assessments for adults who are curious about their own masking/neurodivergence and desire a clinical assessment for personal exploration.

Quantitative assessment and screening tools: MIGDAS-2 and more
Two-Hour interview
Optional collateral information from partner, family or friend
One-hour follow up meeting to discuss findings
Comprehensive diagnostic write-up
Investment
Comprehensive Assessment Rate: $600
Includes all aspects of assessment. Either paid in full prior to initial session OR in (2) two installments: $300 at assessment and $300 at follow-up session.
How To Begin:
Step 1
Schedule appointment for 2-hour Interview by completing a client inquiry form here and we will send you scheduling date/time options.
Step 2
Prior to your interview meeting, an email will be sent to you with a link to a private client portal in which you will complete initial paperwork and inventories prior to your interview session.
Step 3
Complete 2-Hour Autism Assessment Interview session
Step 4
(Optional) We will send along inventories for a close friend, family member or partner to complete about you to send back to us.
Step 5
Attend 1-Hour Follow Up to discuss findings of assessment, ask questions and review recommendations.
