Who Are We?
We’re a group practice of holistic counselors on a shared mission to demystify the process of therapy, remove shame and stigma, and hold space for conversations around healing and wellness.
Our aim is to offer a solid and steady presence for growth and healing and to provide a safe and comfortable counseling experience. When we meet with clients, we do so with empathy, respect, humor, and compassion. Therapy should be a place to dig deep and work hard, but we believe the best kind of therapy is when you can also have a little bit of fun.
You are welcome here.

How We Help
-
It’s okay to not be okay. Our therapists are highly trained and specialized to support you through whatever life has thrown your way. We’re here for you in the hard work of healing.
-
Relationships are beautiful and messy and go through seasons that take intentional work. If your relationship is in a difficult season, couples therapy can help. Our counselors offer a variety of integrative methods to help couples improve communication, deepen connection, redirect maladaptive patterns, set boundaries and meet needs, and release resentment and negativity to find closeness and healing.
-
Life can be hard but you don’t have to do it alone. Our support groups offer a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with folks who just plain get it - whatever you’re going through.
