Hey there,
YOU’RE THE EXPERT, EVEN IN YOUR STRUGGLES; LET’S CONNECT AND WORK TOGETHER.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys helping individuals tackle hard problems so you can move through life with more clarity and self-compassion. I am passionate about working with adults who are working through a life transition (school, starting their career, friendship, etc.), anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, self-esteem issues, and interpersonal issues. My role is to create a safe, non-judgemental space as I walk alongside you during this journey of growth.
I also draw upon my knowledge of CBT and DBT to help you develop hands-on skills to foster self confidence and freedom from uncomfortable emotions. My goal is to bring you insight, awareness, and skills so that you can become the version of yourself that you want to be.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our toddler son, and our 3 pets (1 dog and 2 cats). We love to get outside and go for runs, walks, and trips to the park. I also enjoy reading, triathlons, and drinking iced coffee!
Education: I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from Michigan State University and my Bachelors degree in Family Life with a minor in Community Services from Concordia University- Ann Arbor.
