Hey there,

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE THE JOURNEY TOWARDS HOLISTIC HEALTH IS WORTHY OF RECOGNITION AND SUPPORT.

As a therapist, my focus is to provide a non-judgmental space for open and transformative conversation. My personal journey has given me deep compassion for women who struggle with body image and relationships, as well as the tools to help navigate the inner battle with negative thoughts and learning to choose yourself.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship struggles, divorce and co-parenting, couples counseling, grief and loss, and religious trauma. I partner alongside clients to address negative thought patterns and behaviors by integrating holistic wellness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is tailored to provide a healing approach unique to every individual, but originates in solution-focused, person-centered therapy.

Outside of work, my life is that of a tea-and-cake-loving bibliophile. If I am not industriously packing the smallest carry-on I own in pursuit of my passion for travel, then I am home with my kids, cheering at soccer games and keeping the kiddo from eating Hot Wheels tires. Whether it is rugby or ballroom dancing or getting a new tattoo, I think life is made by filling it brimful with experiences and finding balance amidst the beautiful chaos.

Education: I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA) from the University of Spring Arbor and my Bachelor’s Degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Michigan State University.
