Hey there,

MY GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A WARM AND SAFE SPACE TO BE COMPLETELY YOURSELF.

I will work with you to build your own personal toolkit where you can learn skills to tackle life's challenges. We can discuss and practice ways to help you engage more fully in life and tune into your values to complete your goals. I believe we all can benefit from slowing down, to process our lives in an honest, judgment-free space. We can laugh and walk through the growing pains together.

I enjoy working with individuals, especially young adults, who are going through life transitions, experiencing grief or loss, anxiety, and depression, and who are survivors of abuse and trauma. I use a combination of evidence-based therapy modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

When I’m not at work, I am likely on an adventure with my two young kiddos & husband or laughing with friends. I love to read, bake plant-based goodies, and be near water whenever I get the chance.

Education: I received my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
