I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE EVERYONE IS DESERVING OF VALIDATION, EMPATHY, AND A LISTENING EAR.

When we meet, I invite you to come as you are to enable us to build a warm and comfortable relationship. We will work together to find your strengths and use them to increase your capacity to thrive in spite of the circumstance. I look forward to collaborating with you to explore your paths toward your goals, large or small.

I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who experience barriers related to family and relationship issues, eating disorders, academic or professional stress / transitions, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression. I provide LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care.

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with family and my three cats, playing games, walking outside with music or a podcast, watching TV and movies, and going to bed early.

Education: I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Michigan State University.
